My Peppermaster Original Hurricane Jay is made with a hybrid pepper created by Jay Weaver, the Jay's Peach Scorpion, which was tested at 700 Scoville units. Here, as with all Hurricane mashes, it is blended with orange habaneros and field peppers.
Go easy on this one, these scorpions are not peppers to be trifled with.
