This is the red curry sauce you've been clamouring for. You ask, I answer. This my friends is true Vindaloo. Are you up for it?
We use fresh toasted whole organic spices and tons of fresh ginger and garlic. The tomatoes ar fresh, local and organic. And the peppers of course are true bhut jolokia.
