Collection: Peppermaster's Own Top Hottest Pepper Sauces

I want to share with you the products that I use the most and are special to me. They include products that I developed as a child growing up in The Bahamas. I started making these products and preserving them after I moved back to Canada in 1971 because I needed those flavours and heat in my meals. I have included products that made my restaurant, The Appletree Landing, a culinary destination in the 1970 and 80s. And, of course, my most recent developments that I have found most useful in my home kitchen.
