The fumes from real cooking bacon are trapped, condensed and dehydrated to create the world’s most expensive and authentic bacon flavour.Our Bacon Drippings are made from a secret process that infuses the rich flavour and heat from fresh fire-roasted peppers and garlic with this bacon flavour.
Just a pinch added to scallops makes them taste bacon wrapped. Popcorn seasoning, roasted nuts....
Add to sour cream and mayo for a great dip.
When we released it this summer it became an instant hit and we struggle to make enough!
