Keto Candied Pecan Salad with Warm Salmon and Ginger Sesame Dressing.

 

Poach salmon in butter in a non stick pan by covering the salmon with a lid. Remove salmon from pan and reduce the juices till only oil is left. Flake the salmon and place on a bed of salad. Dress with a Ginger Sesame Dressing. Throw 1/2 cup pecans in the pan and glaze with 2 tsp erythritol and another tsp of butter. Keep tossing and moving them around. After a minute or two top the dish with them and serve.
