Being a Peppermaster and a foodie in Montreal, brings ample opportunity to not only entertain but also to barbecue, smoke, and generally cook to your heart’s content. Especially in the summer. The summer of 2014 is shaping up to be no exception to that ideal. I’m doing a lot of barbecue and outdoor entertaining.
On August 23rd, we’re preparing a very special barbecue sampling event in downtown Montreal. Well almost. That Saturday afternoon, the Peppermaster and I will be on the gorgeous summer patio that is Urban Bonfire’s outdoor entertainment space.
We invite you to join us that afternoon between 1:00 and 4:00 for a live sampling of Peppermaster Jerked Chicken skewers seared over direct heat and Peppermaster Sticky Ribs made from Lauzon free range pork and my juicy Jerk Chicken (free range) in 3 different heat levels.
The fellas at Urban Bonfire, experts in grilling and smoking will introduce us to the glories of the Big Green Egg ™ and we hope to share the experience with you.
