Instructions
Mango salad
  1. Plate the mango salad on a bed of mixed local greens.
  2. Arrange the Tico Tuna on top.
  3. To prepare the Mango salad mix together all ingredients, gently folding in 1 cup of fresh local blueberries at the end
Tico Tuna
  1. Lightly sear tuna in a pan, then cover the fish entirely with a 1/8th inch thick layer of Bonfire Kitchens' Tico Rub
  2. Arrange slices on pan
  3. Torch or flash broil until the coconut in the Tico rub is toasted
Assemble salad
  1. Arrange tuna pieces on the salad
  2. Sprinkle the entire salad with fresh lime juice and serve.
Recipe Notes

Offer Peppermaster Piri Piri Sauce for the piquante, to taste, at the table. Bon Appetit!
