Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425º
  2. Mix vegetables and dry ingredients together.
  3. Make a well in the above ingredients to add the wet ingredients to.
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir as little as possible.
  5. Pour into greased muffin tins or a square 8 inch pan
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
