These are my personal favourites. A threesome from my roots in the Caribbean. Fresh hot chili peppers with a broad range of distinctive flavours designed to thrill even the most discerning of chiliheads. These sauces are the ideal additive to heat up any dish.
Marinate your meat before you barbecue it, or use the sauces as spice pastes for more delicate palates.
You may have tasted hotter, but you could only get it fresher if you grew it yourself!
1 x 250 ml Hurricane Mash
Ingredients: fresh chili peppers (habanero, scotch bonnet), fresh lime juice, sea salt, modified cornstarch, citric acid, guar gum.
1 x 250 ml Fusion Fire
Ingredients: fresh chili pepper (goat, scotch bonnet, habanero, red sweet, bhut jolokia, finger, jalapeno, italian cherry, bird), water, vinegar, sea salt, organic black pepper, Haitian coffee, mustard seed, modified cornstarch, habanero chipotle, allspice, thyme, guar gum.
1 x 250 ml Jerk Curry
Ingredients: fresh chili peppers (goatpepper, fingerpepper,cherry pepper, bhut jolokia, birdpepper(), water, coconut milk, vinegar (organic grain, cider), fresh ginger, fresh onion, fresh organic garlic, 14 spices, coconut cream, organic black pepper, sea salt, thyme, organic Fairtrade Certified cane sugar, organic blackstrap molasses, modified cornstarch, bay leaf, citric acid.
