Shipping Carriers
We ship via ClickShip through Freightcom, which provides access to multiple carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc.). Carrier selection is at our discretion based on best rates.
Delivery Times
- Canada: 1–7 business days
- United States: 1–3 weeks
- International: 3 weeks–3 months
- Interplanetary: 3 months–3 years (subject to rocket fuel availability 😉)
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated in real time based on product size and weight.
Free Shipping & Rewards
When you purchase 12 bottles at regular price, you receive 3 free bottles plus free shipping as part of our Mix & Match program.
Wholesale & Copack
Wholesale and Copack customers arrange their own pickups unless otherwise contracted (e.g. Hub Alimentaire or Coop CSUR’s Marché Écolocal).
Returns & Refunds
Returns
- Unopened, sealed products: may be returned within 30 days for replacement or store credit.
- Opened jars: not returnable, but each clean empty bottle returned earns a $2 credit.
- Customers pay return shipping.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Do not send broken bottles back. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged items.
- Once we confirm the damage, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
- If the product was a unique or limited batch and no replacement is available, we will issue you a full refund or store credit — your choice.
Refunds
Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return or confirming damage.
Exceptions
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Wholesale returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Copack returns are handled under the Copack Agreement.
