Hurricane Nassau brings Greg’s childhood discovery of heat and flavour fully into the present moment.
The Goatpepper featured here is the Peppermaster`s favourite flavour of pepper with heat similar to a habanero. It is native to the Bahamas where the low rainfall and poor soil have created this ‘juicy-fruit-like’ flavour.
