Sort of like the General, but the Emperor is more regal and unexpected on every front. Uncommon depths of flavour that allow you to use less. Unexpected hints of wild excellence like wild sour oranges and pineapple. Organic tamari, not fake soy sauce. Toasted sesame and Szechuan peppercorns.
