This is a sweet mustard sauce made from a blend of Canadian grown mustard. We fire roast fresh fresno peppers for mild heat and smokiness. A considerable amount of good Caribbean rum is added at the end to blend all the flavours together. I test every bottle of rum to ensure it is excellent before poring it in to finish the sauce. Use it on smoked meat sandwiches, glaze a ham, or top a burger. I love the complexity of this sauce!
