Peppermaster Terms & Conditions
By using peppermaster.ca, peppermaster.com, or pepperfire.ca you agree to the following Terms, governed by Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. (“BPFI”).
Accounts
One customer account provides access across all three Peppermaster websites.
Ordering
Retail customers may place orders without restrictions. Wholesale and Copack accounts are subject to separate agreements and may have minimum order requirements.
Pricing
Product prices are shown only after login and may vary by customer group.
Payments
We accept:
- Credit cards
- Direct EFT (Canadian accounts)
- E-payment invoicing
Jurisdiction & Shipping
We sell worldwide, except where local labeling laws prevent us (e.g. Spain requires Spanish labels). Customers are responsible for ensuring import compliance.
Taxes & Tariffs
- Canadian GST/HST/PST are applied automatically.
- International buyers are responsible for tariffs, duties, or fees in their country.
Product Use Disclaimer
Our products contain real chili peppers. Heat tolerance is subjective: what is mild to one person may be extremely hot to another. We provide a heat scale, but each customer assumes responsibility for their choice. We are not liable for adverse reactions to chili heat.
Food Safety Commitment
Peppermaster products are federally licensed and meet international food safety norms, even though they are hand-crafted in small batches from real ingredients.
Limitation of Liability
BPFI is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
