About Peppermaster
Peppermaster is the home of Canada’s best chili pepper sauces, salsas, and fiery condiments, crafted in small batches by Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc.
Our Peppermaster has been making and selling his sauces since 1971 in Canada. Today we continue that tradition in our federally licensed kitchen in Rigaud, Quebec, where we have been operating since 2004. Every bottle is made with real chili peppers and real food ingredients.
Our family‑run business produces the Peppermaster brand and also co‑packs specialty products for partner brands across Canada and around the world. We support farmers, co‑ops, and mission‑driven food producers through our Slow Fair Trade and Food Sovereignty initiatives.
