My Peppermaster Original Thai Satay delivers rich authentic flavour for marinating, dipping, and making your own Thai Peanut Sauce. I learned this from a Thai refugee in Las Vegas in the mid 1980's who allowed me the honour of sitting on a stool in the corner of his fairly busy restaurant. I shared his techniques in my restaurant The Appletree Landing and continue to do so now through this oh-so-rich flavour base. Great in stir-fries it works well with tofu, beef, chicken and seafood.
