This product is a puree of Bhut Jolokia chili pepper, created in Assam India by Frontal Agritech. These chilli peppers held the Guinness Book of World records record for the world's hottest pepper with 1,041,427 Scoville Heat Units (SHUs) from 2007 through 2010. These peppers were grown locally.
