The reason I’m typing up this Easy Curried Goat Stew recipe is because my long-time friend Junie needed to know what to do with the Peppermaster Jerk Curry I sent her. So, this recipe is for her. 🙂
Often when folks come to our shop, they’ll see the Peppermaster Thai Green Curry sauce and tell me, “I don’t like curry”; or their husband/brother/wife/friend, etc. But what we know and love as curry, is definitely NOT what our Thai friends call curry.
This delicious recipe can also be made with chicken or shrimp. Serve alongside some Easy Curry Coconut Rice, and with some ripe sliced mango to garnish.
