Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. Orders received after close of business on Friday, or on the weekend will ship on the following Tuesday. Any exceptions to this will be duly noted on the front page of our Pepperstore.

Orders will ship upon confirmation of payment and you will receive an email from Peppermaster which will include an authorization number and a trace number for the payment. Paypal orders can only be shipped upon clearance of payment from paypal. It is our understanding that this delay can take as long as 9 business days.

Once your order is received by the shipper, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from them.

* Orders will ship via Expedited Parcel Mail with the Canada Post Corporation (CPC) or another carrier, which BPFI will choose at our discretion.
* Canadian Orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks.
* Shipping costs are automatically calculated by Canada Post per shipment on the checkout page.
* Our price structure is subject to change without notice.
* All shipments are insured against loss and a signature is not required.

US Locations

* US orders will ship with Canada Post Corporation (CPC) which becomes US Postal Service at the border or BPFI will choose the best carrier at our discretion.
* Orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks.
* Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post per shipment on the checkout page.
* Our price structure is subject to change without notice.
* All Shipments are insured against loss and a signature is not required.

For Wholesale Orders and International Customers (Non-US)

* Shipping times:
1-2 weeks in Canada
2-4 weeks in US
6-10 weeks International
