When you reach for my Peppermaster Original Fusion Fire it is because you want to add the abundance of flavours coming from one dozen different fresh hot chili peppers. It ignites all over the palate, like fireworks. Developed and sold in my restaurant 'The Appletree Landing' in 1983, this multi-purpose, dump-it-on-everything hot sauce shows off my ability to blend flavour with fire. The heat builds slowly as the various chilli peppers express themselves one after another, until suddenly a ghost-chili appears giving it that final boost in fire. I salivate just reaching for the bottle!
