When my beloved Goat-pepper was scarce, often due to hurricane damage, I was forced to come up with a substitute. The correct balance of orange habanero and Jamaican field peppers (which are usually abundant) came pretty close in flavour and heat and it has become my most used product. When I just want to strengthen the flavours of my dish and add good clean fire I reach for my Peppermaster Original Hurricane Mash. If I want it still hotter I'll grab the Hurricane Sandy Mash which has extra Red Savina Habanero in it. I generally add one teaspoon at a time. If you want a specific variety of pure pepper mash check out my Peppermaster Single Pepper Mashes
Sure to please!
