I developed Peppermaster Original Steak Spice & Rub in 1978, shortly after opening The Appletree Landing restaurant in Canning Nova Scotia. I have discovered many secret spells along the way that improve its power! Freshly broken spices, small batches, and improved individual ingredients, including Haitian grown espresso and great tasting salt from the Dead Sea.
I find myself using the Junior version whilst cooking for others, and then spiking my own plate with the Original. Soups, french fries, burgers, popcorn; they all get a boost from both of the Peppermaster Steak Spice and Rubs!
